Co-founder of PerFuel in 2015.

Xavier served for 10 years as CFO for Group Eurenco, an international group acting in chemical, fuel additives and defence industries. He cumulates deep expertise in finance, corporate management and business development through the implementation of business ventures in Europe and North America. Prior to that, he served as M&A account manager for Group SNPE, a leader in chemical specialty industries. He started his career in 1998 as a financial auditor for Deloitte.

Xavier holds an MSc Finance from ESSEC, France.

François RICCI, Global Partner

Co-founder of PerFuel in 2015.

François served for 15 years as Head of the Fuel Additives Division at Group Eurenco, an international leader for fuel additives and cetane improver. He is widely acknowledged for his deep knowledge of the fuel additives market globally. He is regularly recognized as a reliable and trustworthy partner for fuel actors. Prior to that, he served as commercial director for several reputed specialty chemical groups. He started his career in 1988 as regional sales manager for Arcelor.

François holds an MBA from Insead, France.

John DANDREA, Partner, Director NA

Joined PerFuel in 2017.

John has 25 years of experience in sales, distribution and logistics in refining, lubricants, water treatment and chemical specialties. He has a proven history of new business development, technical marketing and sales management for companies such as Suncor/Petro-Canada, Cross Oil and Witco/Golden Bear.

John is a BS Engineer from University of Maryland, USA.

Michelle MILLER, Director UK

Joined PerFuel in 2023.

Michelle has 25 years of experience in the chemical industries, with unparalleled expertise on fuel additives manufacturing. She was General Manager of EPC-UK prior to joining PerFuel.

Michelle is a PhD in Materials Chemistry from University of Salford, UK.
